TERMS & CONDITIONS

Fill out & submit the booking form.
Upon receipt of your details, we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm whether your preferred date is available.
If you decide to proceed with booking, an invoice and payment details will be provided.

All payments are to be made by electronic bank transfer.
To secure your preferred date, a $200 deposit is required.
All bookings are ‘tentative’ until deposit payment is made, and are subject to our ‘first in first served’ policy.
Bookings are only ‘confirmed’ after deposit payment is made.
Deposit payment will be deducted from the final invoice.
Final invoice will be sent 10 days prior to your event.
Final invoice must be paid in full 7 days prior to your event.
We require a $150 refundable bond to cover any missing, damaged or broken items (noted on final invoice).

When you pay a deposit, this is a binding agreement in that we lock that date in for your event. This date is reserved for you alone.
If you cancel your booking within 2 weeks of your event, you will forfeit your $200 booking deposit.

Final guest numbers and the outstanding balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event.
If you have guests that cannot attend after the final numbers have been given, there will be no refunds.

Collection will be made at a mutually convenient time for both parties.
One parking space at time of collection is required.
All items provided will be collected, inspected and accounted for, before we leave the premises.
We require a $150 refundable bond to cover any missing, damaged or broken items (see payment policy above).

As tea and food remnants can cause permanent stains, we ask that you help us by:
- removing all food scraps from plates and silverware;
- tea leaves from teapots, cups, saucers, plates and silverware; and
- hand rinse all items in warm water (please do not place any items in the dishwasher).
Please gather all items onto a table, to be collected and packed by us at collection time. Thank you for your cooperation!
